IWAS (International Wheelchair and Amputee Sports Federation) is one of the world’s leading Paralympic sport bodies, organising multi-sport competitions and governing wheelchair fencing and powerchair hockey.
We were responsible for the design and build of the main IWAS website, as well as a separate microsite for wheelchair fencing which required its own identity. One of the most important aspects of the project was to achieve compliance with website content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, through the implementation of text size and colour contrast options.
