Vintage Grand Cru have been established since 2012, a wine enthusiast that turned into a wine merchant with a thirst for fine wine. Based in Tsuen Wan (Hong Kong), they currently boast one of the most extensive wine portfolios which are sourced from all around the world.
Our role was to completely re-design their website from the ground up, with the focus on making it more user friendly and adding more exciting features for their customers. This involved identifying areas of improvement and delivering design changes as well as functional updates to the site as a whole. The project was split into two phases:
- Wireframes — we started by designing wireframes of all the core pages and processes, encompassing both the existing features from the current website and new design requirements that were identified. For example, a key emphasis will be placed on the new and improved flow of the search, product listings and checkout process in order to maximise user experience and improve conversion rates.
- Design — once the wireframes were approved, we prepared the UI designs of all identified pages, as well as popup modals and email templates. In the end we delivered over 130 unique page designs for both desktop and mobile.
