Medela provide solutions and information about breastfeeding. Their aim is to promote the health of you and your baby thanks to the benefits of breast milk. The Medela Rental website provides customers with the ability to rent the Symphony PLUS breast pump which is a hospital grade, number 1 choice for hospitals and midwives, as used in 75% of UK maternity hospitals.
Our goal was to build an e-commerce website that was easy for their customers and agents to use, across all devices and screen sizes. It was also important to improve existing processes and eliminate manual tasks carried out by the customer service team. We built a completely bespoke website that did exactly that, saving 100’s of hours each month. A secondary requirement was to improve key graphic visuals across the Medela Rental, Medela UK and other promotional websites, such as Argos and Ocado.
